Commercial use, major redesigns, printing and physical delivery are not included. AI-assisted artwork is an interpretation of your photo; results depend on the quality of the reference and instructions.

Request cancellation through the contact form as soon as possible, including your order number and checkout email. If we have not started creating your portrait when we receive the request, we will cancel and issue a full refund.

Because the artwork is personalized, a change-of-mind refund is not automatic once creation has started. We will review the work completed and your concern individually. Your included minor revision remains available. If the portrait does not match the agreed request, contact us so we can correct the problem; if we cannot deliver the agreed artwork, we will provide a full refund. Nothing here limits rights that applicable law or PayPal's terms give you.

If we cannot meet the stated proof timeframe, we will offer a new estimate or cancellation with a full refund. If a file is missing, damaged or cannot be opened, contact us for help or a replacement. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; PayPal and your bank control the time until funds appear. Never send card or account passwords through the contact form.

You must be an adult placing the order and have permission to supply the photos and request the artwork, including permission from a parent or guardian for a child. Please check names, spelling and details carefully when reviewing your proof. Supplying photos does not grant permission to display them or your portrait in a gallery or advertisement.

We collect the name and email address you provide, portrait choices, reference photos, order messages, and payment status and transaction identifiers. We use these to create and deliver your artwork, answer questions, manage revisions and refunds, and keep necessary business records. Our hosting and website services may also record technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and access logs for operation and security.

The artist uses AI-assisted image tools, including OpenAI's ChatGPT, to create portraits. Reference photos and relevant instructions may be submitted to those tools to fulfill your request. Those providers process information under their own policies and the account settings in use. Do not submit identity documents, financial details, intimate images or other sensitive material. Photos are stored on the website server; this upload service is not a confidential document vault. Your production prompt is kept in an administrator-only view.

PayPal processes checkout information under PayPal's privacy statement. Our order record stores payment status and transaction references, not your full card details or PayPal password. Website hosting, form, email and image-generation providers may process information as needed to operate the service. See OpenAI's privacy policy for its handling of information.

We do not sell your order information or add you to marketing solely because you place an order or contact us. Separate permission is required to feature your reference photos or finished portrait in public examples or advertising. Your private order answers and production prompt are not part of the sample gallery.

Order details and messages are retained as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, resolve disputes and meet accounting or other obligations. Copies may also remain in routine backups until those backups are replaced. Website and checkout services may use cookies or similar storage for functionality, payment processing and security. Use the contact form to ask about your information, request corrections, or request deletion of photos and other records. We may need to verify the request and retain records that are required for legitimate business or legal reasons. No internet transmission or storage is completely secure.
